When i bought this insurance policy as i bought my sofa from DFS,i had the sinking feeling that this was purely one more pressured sales hype. Sold to assuage the possible dread of ruining my new sofa,and once bought, it would prove to be a difficult product to actually use. Quiet the opposite was true. One phone call,one copy of your invoice,one diagram,and your signature. The service then arrives on time,the person doing the job,phones while on their way,has never been late,and in each case done a lovely job. No stains have been left from the 1) coffee...2)olive oil. So for once you find an insurance product that has no labyrinthine or numerous "get out" clauses. The whole service really works in a quick and efficient manner.by Jeremy MahrerJune 26, 2017
